Medicare

The Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program), entitles clients to a Medicare rebate for up to five sessions with an allied health professional (e.g., speech pathologist, occupational therapist) per calendar year. Please speak with your General Practitioner (GP) regarding your child’s eligibility for a CDM plan.   

 National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Finesse Speech Pathology can provide services to all children who are self-managed and third-party plan-managed through the NDIS. The NDIS may be available for individuals diagnosed with developmental delays or disabilities.

 Private health

You may be able to claim for speech pathology services through your private health insurance. Please check with your private health insurer regarding your type of policy, inclusions, and limits.
